Our Vision

We envision The Bridge to be a genuinely warm and loving church that helps people living far from God come to faith in Jesus Christ, get baptized, and experience a changed life through the power of the Holy Spirit.

We envision The Bridge to be a church where people are excited to bring their family & friends. They are excited because the service is upbeat and the message is presented in a creative, relevant and understandable way. We see people that don't forget where they came from - returning to passionately & intelligently share their spiritual journey with family and friends. We see people sharing their faith at the office, the store, in restaurants, at sporting events, and even while their children are playing at the park. We see an active church that is passionate about seeing new people come to Christ!

We envision The Bridge to be a church where people grow and heal in the context of small groups! These groups will be led with love, compassion and accountability. We see lost souls being found. We see loneliness replaced by friendships. We see addictions being broken & people building successful lives on the foundation of Jesus Christ.

We envision The Bridge to be a church where everyone can play a part! We see people joyfully and willingly using their unique gifts to change lives and build an amazing church. We see people using their gifts of music, dance, drama and art to glorify God in our worship services. We see people with gifts of healing and mercy helping to mend broken lives. We see people with leadership gifts becoming elders & deacons helping to guide the flock God has entrusted to us.

We envision The Bridge to be a globally-minded church. Not only do we want to change lives in North San Diego County we want to change lives all around the world. We see a church that financially supports, prays for, and encourages world missions. We see a strong Missions Team taking our members on short-term missions trips all around the world.

We envision The Bridge to be a church that owns its own land with a state of the art auditorium.

We envision a worship center that attracts young people and inspires the next generation to love and serve God. We see The Bridge offering multiple services each weekend welcoming thousands of regular attenders.

We envision The Bridge to have a beautifully landscaped prayer garden filled with God's creation and beauty where people can quiet themselves and connect with God. This prayer garden will be open 24 hours a day. 7 days a week!
