Greg grew up on the Gulf Coast of Texas, but came to San Diego after graduating from high school. He holds a marketing degree from Hayward State University and a Masters of Divinity from Golden Gate Theological Seminary.

Greg brings 15 years of ministry experience to The Bridge -- including 10 years as a youth pastor. Greg also enjoys surfing, golfing and drinking coffee. But Greg's real passion is helping seekers find their true purpose in life. "Helping others see that Christ is real & relevant in today's culture is what I live for."

Greg's wife, Karla, was born and raised in El Salvador. Her strong Catholic upbringing was the foundation for her life's journey in service to God. She currently oversees the young women's Family Group. Her goal is to empower women of all ages and cultures to improve every aspect of their lives by learning to follow God's vision.

The Senior Leader of The Bridge is Jesus Christ. He is the leader of our church and the Chief Shepherd. (1 Peter 5:4) Serving under Him is Pastor Greg and 2 elders, Mike Davis and Mike Young. Greg leads the Elders but is also accountable to them.

The goal of our leadership team is to love, guide and care for the flock like we believe Jesus would. Mike Davis and Mike Young have proven their love for the Lord and for our church. They are well respected by our congregation because the serve and love the people. Anytime someone in our church family needs help they can call on any of these 3 men. We are here to serve God and our people!

In the future we plan to launch our deacon ministry that will assist the elders in serving and caring for our church family.
